The condo is furnished with all Robb and Stucky North American furniture and appliances. The master has a king size bed with an oversized bathroom. The kitchen is a cooks dream with plenty of granite counter space. Relax and watch cable tv in the living room or head outside on the terrace and surf the web while enjoying the pool view. This condo is on the first floor off the classical pool area.

Pacifico is an exclusive gated community in the middle of town. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and local nightlife. The community has 4 pools on site as well as access to the Beach Club. The Beach Club is on the beach with another 2 pools, fitness centre, restaurant/bar, concierge and spa. Coco is a really fun town with plenty of flare and amenities for everyone. This is a great place to come home to after exploring all the beautiful sights that Costa Rica has to offer. 

Rates: August 1-November 15th 100 dollars per night 600 per week 2100 per month

November 15th-April 15th except holidays 110 dollars a night 700 per week

April 15th-August 1 110 dollars a night 700 dollar a week

Thanksgiving 6 night minimum 1500 dollars

Christmas 6 night minimum 1500 dollars New Years 6 night minimum 1500 dollars

Spring Break 1st week in March 6 night minimum 1500 dollars
